The school has strong teachers. There are currently 106 faculty members in the school, including 52 Chinese teachers and 22 foreign teachers. Teachers of kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, and high school are openly recruited by the school. Most Chinese teachers are graduates from 985 or 211 universities, or have overseas study backgrounds, and 50% have more than five years of teaching experience. Among them, there are many academic leaders in Suzhou, Zhangjiagang City's subject leaders, Zhangjiagang City's teaching experts, and the proportion of backbone teachers is as high as 50%. The foreign teachers are strictly selected. They all hold professional teacher qualification certificates and enjoy a good reputation. They have more than 2 years of teaching experience. They come from a country where English is a native language, have a bachelor degree or above, and have rich IB and international teaching experience.
